Founded by Lithuanian-born winemaker and entrepreneur Rasa Mitkus, Solasta was created with a simple vision: to bring people together over approachable, thoughtfully crafted Michigan wine in a space that feels welcoming, relaxed, and memorable.

Located near Lake Michigan and the Warren Dunes, Solasta offers curated wine flights, wines by the glass or bottle, seasonal favorites like Frosé and Sangria, charcuterie boards, live music, fire pits, and inviting indoor-outdoor spaces designed for gathering year-round. Our wines are crafted from Michigan grapes with balance, variety, and a personal touch — making wine feel approachable, social, and fun for everyone.
