These terms apply to purchases from Solasta Winery (“Solasta,” “we,” “us”) through solastawinery.com, our wine club, and our tasting room. By placing an order or joining the wine club, you agree to these terms.

You must be 21 or older

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine from us, and every shipment must be received by someone 21 or older. By ordering, you confirm that you and your recipient are of legal drinking age. We may ask for proof of age and may cancel any order we cannot verify.

Where we ship

We currently ship to 47 states. Alcohol shipping laws vary by state. Some states limit how much wine a person can receive, and we may be unable to ship to certain addresses. Orders are subject to these laws, and we may cancel or adjust an order to stay in compliance.

Orders, pricing and taxes

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales and excise taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

• An adult 21 or older must sign for every delivery. Carriers will not leave wine unattended.
• If a delivery cannot be completed after the carrier’s attempts, the package will be returned to us.
• We may hold shipments during extreme heat or cold to protect the wine, and will let you know if we do.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct and is a place where an adult can sign during business hours.

Wine club membership

• There is no fee to join. Members choose a club (White, Red, Mixed, Sweet or Customer Choice) and a plan of 3, 6 or 9 bottles per release.
• Releases happen four times a year (March, June, September and December). Your card on file will be charged for each release, plus applicable tax and shipping, when the release is processed.
• Member discounts and benefits apply while your membership is active, as described on our Wine Club page.
• Pausing or canceling: you can pause or cancel your membership at any time. Email us at info@solastawinery.com and we will walk you through the process and take care of it for you.
• Please keep your payment and shipping details up to date in your account. If a payment fails, we will try to contact you before the release ships.

Returns and refunds

Because wine is a regulated product, we cannot accept returns of unopened wine except as required by law. If a bottle arrives damaged or is faulty (for example, corked), contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund the bottle.

Gift cards and certificates

Gift certificates are subject to the expiration date printed on them, where allowed by law, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Please enjoy our wines responsibly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
