Information you give us. When you create an account, place an order, join the wine club, sign up for our mailing list, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, date of birth (to confirm you are 21 or older), order history, club preferences, and anything you choose to tell us in a message.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our e-commerce provider, Commerce7, and its payment processing partners. We do not store full card numbers on our website.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and login working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site (for example, pages viewed and general location based on IP address). We use Google Analytics for this purpose.

Reservations. Table reservations are made through OpenTable. Information you give OpenTable is handled under OpenTable’s privacy policy.

• To process and ship your orders and wine club shipments, and to verify that buyers and recipients are at least 21 years old
• To manage your account and club membership, including billing for club releases
• To send you our newsletter, event updates and offers if you have signed up (you can unsubscribe at any time)

• To comply with alcohol shipping and tax laws, which require us to keep certain sales records

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as Commerce7 (online store, accounts and wine club), payment processors, shipping carriers and compliance services, our email provider, and Google Analytics.
